We operate in accordance with the service accessibility regulations in a gradual manner for all hotels in the chain.
Customer service representatives will be happy to provide detailed information on the accessibility arrangements available at each of the chain’s hotels.
Within the framework of the law, the Accessibility Coordinator: Natalie Davidov works online.
If you encounter special requests regarding accessibility, we would be happy if you would contact us in one of the following ways:
– By phone: 08-6588884
– By email: natali@smarthotels.co.il
The accessibility statement is updated to 12/25/2023.
If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, we will be happy to assist you.
