Smart Hotels Cancellation Policy
Below are the cancellation options for bookings made directly through the company. Bookings can be canceled according to the cancellation policy of the relevant price list, as per the website’s terms and conditions and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
You can only cancel bookings made directly through the company. For bookings made through an agent, please contact the relevant agent to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation via the Website
The purchaser can cancel a reservation through the Smart Hotels website by entering the confirmation email, clicking the “Change/Cancel Reservation” button. Connect using the reservation request number and the email address entered during registration. Once logged in, the details will appear automatically; otherwise, you will need to enter them manually. From here, you can cancel and/or change your reservation: guest details, credit card details, dates, room type, add or remove rooms from the reservation.
**Cancellation via the Call Center:**
Please have the reservation number and/or the name of the person who made the reservation available.
**Cancellation via Email to the Reservations Department:**
Send an email to Info@smarthotels.co.il with the following details:
– Full name
– ID number
– Hotel name
– Reservation number
– Phone number
It will be clarified that the credit card details entered on the Smart Hotels website and/or provided to the phone representative are only used to secure the reservation, and the card will only be charged upon actual arrival at the hotel, unless the reservation is non-refundable, in which case the credit card will be charged immediately upon booking.
The relevant date for processing a reservation, cancellation, or change is the date when the reservation or notification of change/cancellation is actually received by Smart Hotels, whether by email, regular mail, registered mail, or fax. If the relevant date is not a business day, the reservation/cancellation/change will be considered received on the first business day following. The date of the reservation will be considered as the date the booking confirmation email is sent by Smart Hotels.
The date for making any changes or cancellations will be subject to the provisions of the law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010, as amended from time to time. For transactions made remotely, cancellations can be made within 14 days of the booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 business days (days that are not rest days) before the scheduled arrival date (Section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Regulations). After this period, cancellations or changes will not be allowed, and the full amount will be charged for any changes/cancellations/no-show/delays.
Smart Hotels reserves the right to set different or longer cancellation/change/shortening periods, provided that this information is published in advance before the reservation is made, and subject to the law.
